Everyday pieces are ready-made necklaces, bracelets and earrings, sent from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Personalized necklaces carry a name, birthstone, engraving or photo and are made to order in the USA by our production partner. Each product page shows which kind it is, where it ships from and when it should arrive.

Each product page lists the materials and finish, such as stainless steel, plated gold tones, or an 18k yellow gold finish.

Take it off before swimming, showering or exercising, keep it away from perfume and lotion, and store it dry. Wipe gently with a soft cloth to keep the finish bright.

Check the materials on each product page. If you have a known metal allergy, please check with your doctor before wearing.

It varies by piece and is listed on each product page. For example, our name necklace has an adjustable 16"–18" chain.

On the product page, type the name or words and choose any options, such as the birthstone month, before adding to your bag. The character limit for each necklace is shown on its product page (for example, up to 11 characters on our birthstone name necklace). Photo necklaces ask you to upload a photo and confirm the crop.

Yes. We make it exactly as entered, including spelling and capital letters, so please double-check before you order.

Within the United States only, for now.

It depends on the piece, and each product page shows its own estimate. Personalized necklaces are made in the USA in 1–2 business days, then take 2–5 business days by USPS (or 1–2 by FedEx Priority). Everyday pieces ship from our overseas warehouse: 1–3 business days to process, then usually 4–9 business days in transit. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Standard shipping is free on every order. Personalized necklaces can be upgraded to FedEx Priority (1–2 business days) for $17.99 at checkout.

Personalized necklaces and everyday pieces ship from different places, so an order with both arrives separately, each with its own tracking number.

Add 2 or more everyday pieces to your bag and the discount is applied automatically at checkout: 10% off 2 pieces, 15% off 3, and 20% off 4 or more. Personalized necklaces aren't included.

We email your tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page. The first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering. We'll do our best, but we can't change or cancel an order once it has gone into production or been packed.

Everyday pieces can be returned unworn, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by you, and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Personalized necklaces are made to order, so we can't take them back for a change of mind. Anything damaged, faulty or wrong is always covered with a replacement or refund. Details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Once issued, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Personalized necklaces arrive in a gift box, and many offer a luxury box upgrade on the product page. Packaging for everyday pieces varies; if a gift box is available, you'll see it as an option on the product page.
