These terms govern your use of lunacarat.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully.

Agreement

By browsing or buying from this store you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Who may use the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use your payment method.

Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as we can. Colors and finishes can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary slightly. Materials are listed on each product page. Our pieces are plated or finished jewelry, not solid gold, unless a listing says otherwise.

Personalized pieces

Personalized pieces are made to your specification by our US production partner. Please check spelling, capital letters and options carefully before ordering, because we make each piece exactly as entered. Once production has started, a personalized order can't be changed or cancelled, and it can't be returned for a change of mind. Pieces that are faulty, damaged or made incorrectly by us are covered by our Refund Policy.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we've received it. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if an address is invalid, or if a product is unavailable, in which case we'll refund you in full. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify and its payment providers, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Promotions and discounts

Promotions are valid for the period stated, can't be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless we say so. We may end a promotion at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this store belong to Lunacarat or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with the store's security.

Disclaimers

The store is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If you have a known metal allergy or skin condition, please check a product's materials and consult a professional before wearing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunacarat isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or its products. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it's published.
